IDX INTEGRATION

How does IDX work?

IDX is a type of data feed provided by your MLS.  This data feed typically (but not always) mirrors the data available on your MLS's website.  IDX Broker™ connects to this data feed automatically, maps the necessary fields, and adds forms, scripts, etc, giving you a way to add html links and widgets to you website(s).  The simple illustration above demonstrates how IDX Broker acts as an intermediary between your MLS/IDX data feed and your website.  Below are just some of the IDX features.

 

(1)         All listings that participate in the Broker Reciprocity (IDX) program with your MLS can be accessed using our service.

 

(2)         The IDX Broker application automatically collates, maintains, and displays your local MLS listings. Using IDX Broker allows you to display              all MLS listing seamlessly on your own website.

 

(3) All local MLS listings will display on your website and your contact information. Some restrictions apply based on certain MLS rules.

 

(4)         Integrate your multiple listing service directly into your website, insert a custom search, photo slideshows, custom email integration.
